The VO2max, anaerobic threshold (AT) were measured by gas analysis and heart rate (HR) were measure by polar system at pre, max, post, post 30 min and post 60 min. Blood sample were collected to analyze blood components at pre, post, post 30 min and post 60 min.

Results :here were no significant differences between groups in VO2max and AT but HR of OG were significantly lower compared to PG at post exercise. The blood LDH concentration of OG were significantly higher compared to PG at post. The blood concentrations of Na and K were significantly increased in OG compared to PG. There were no significant differences were founded in WBC, RBC, Hct, Hb. The blood concentrations of TC, HDL and creatinine were significantly increased in OG compared to PG at recovery phase.
